Both the Economics (H) and BA programme ( economics + small business and entrepreneurship) are same in most of the aspects.In short, the former is theoretical oriented and the latter is  which devotes with the practical aspects of the business, that is it is associated with concepts, theories, models and framework .This is the major difference between these both.
