Your academic performance, CAT/GMAT score, performances in GD and PI will be counted depending on the institute. Each parameter is assigned a particular weightage on the basis of which the final merit list is prepared. The parameters and their weights vary with each of the IIMs.
Over the last couple of years, group discussion is being replaced by written ability test. Until last year, IIM - Calcutta and Lucknow conducted GD rounds as a part of their selection process, but from 2015 onwards, both the institutes have exempted the GD rounds and now only conduct What-PI as a part of their selection process.
Some IIMs include CAT score as a parameter for assessment during both the shortlist stages of the selection process. However, IIM - Indore does not give any weightage to the CAT score at the second stage to prepare the final selection list.

A Patwari is responsible for
- maintaining land ownership records

- maintaining crop record grown at every harvest
- preparing statistical returns of information received from harvest inspection, land ownership record and other village records.
Skills required for a patwari

Eligibility criteria for patwari
- 10+2 (intermediate) or senior secondary school exam or any other equivalent exam from a recognized state or national board.
- Working knowledge of computers.

Procedure for Selection:-
Selection is based on the written examination conducted by the recruiting agency.
Delhi Patwari Recruitment: The Government of NCT Delhi conducts an examination for recruitment of patwari in revenue department. DSSB is the authority tasked with the responsibility of carrying out this exam. The age limit for candidates is 18 to 27 years while matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board is the minimum eligibility criteria required for the post.
Rajasthan Patwari Recruitment: In Rajasthan the Board of Revenue conducts this examination. The minimum eligibility for applicants is class 12 (senior secondary exam) or equivalent from a recognized board or university. The age limit for individuals wanting to apply for Rajasthan Patwari exam is 18 to 30 years of age. Selection is made on the basis of performance in the written exam.
Himachal Pradesh Patwari Recruitment: The Government of Himachal Pradesh conducts an entrance exam for the post of Patwari in revenue and various related departments. Candidates aged between 18 and 38 years of age are eligible to apply for Himachal Pradesh Patwari Recruitment. The minimum eligibility for this exam is class 12 or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Madhya Pradesh Patwari Recruitment: Madhya Pradesh Patwari recruitment is conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyapam Professional Examination board. If the criteria of comparison between these two colleges is only job placement, then there is no winner or loser. Here is why.
Indian students are used to the concept of campus placements and on-campus recruitment for getting jobs. However, there is no concept of placements at Canadian universities or any other foreign university for that matter. Most Canadian universities have a cell called a Career Services Center, which helps you get jobs and helps you prepare for interviews. But that is all, most of the times. The job search is driven by student interest.
A few companies that recruit through the university do not offer a job directly. What they offer is an internship. Companies like to see your work for a few months before they hire you full time. So you will have adjust your expectations and re-define the word "placements" before you fly to Canada. If you are pro-active enough, the Career Services Center will give you all the help to look for a job but you will have to take the initiative.
