The best platform for you to enter in IT field and to gain good knowledge of IT background is "CDAC" my dear friend.
I also faced the same situation few years back.
Believe me CDAC is a platform which gives you the A to Z knowledge about IT companies.
They train you so well for the companies that you would not find any issues later working on.
CDAC is a government Institute, you have to clear the C-CAT exam happened every six months to reserve your seat in CDAC course.
It is a 6 Month Diploma course. You can gather more information on their website.

Hello Prathamesh,Yes, provided you have the necessary knowledge about that particular job profile and the field in which you wish to work for. And, if you do get a good job after BMS, then there is no need to do MBA. Even if you wish to pursue MBA later on, then you may work for 2-3 years and go for MBA.

Since these are All India based central recruitment tests ,the Banks follow laid down norms for Placement post selection & completion of training .There are chances of getting a posting of choice but there is no certainty in it .
