At LPU the eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. Hello M Vinay. I can understand your angst and anxiety. For all purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12thand hence you are definitely eligible to appear for AFCAT. Where ever they talk of 12th, you assume it to be for Diploma. Fill up the form and don't worry. Best wishes to you.

You are not eligible for Flying and GD Technical branches because these needs 60% aggregate marks in PCM at 12th level along with B.E. /B.Tech. You can be eligible for GD Non technical posts only because this needs Graduation Degree in Any Stream/Commerce with 60% marks minimum/Post Graduation Degree in Any Stream with 50% marks minimum.

Yes, you are eligible for aeronautical engineering. You can pursue this course. Engineering only needs science and mathematics in class 12th.
