Hello Aneesh Ravindra,
Normally speaking, the eligibility for admission to AME is 12th with PCM. However as you have done diploma, it can be treated as equivalent to 12th exam definitely. Hence, I would like to advise you that please grab admission here if you are getting it.

For RERF - Regent Education and Research Foundation in B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is around INR. 1.25 lakhs for single year excluding all the other charges like hostel and mess.

I'll prefer you to opt for the NIT, Tripura as this college has better placements than NIT, Warangal in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
