Yes, artificial intelligence, AI, is the topic of the future. It is making inroads into all types of areas and all types of branches of Engineering. Also, it is making inroads into our daily life more and more as the time passes by. You have already done your BE in EEE, and I feel you are quite capable and eligible to pursue future in AI. Hello Abhishek, Both the branches are quite good as far as placements are concerned. Electrical engineering perhaps can be called the original branch and electrical and electronic engineering can be called as sub branch. As time progresses many changes take place in all the fields of life. So also is the case with industry. Hear too things change. As a result electrical branch gave birth to electrical and electronic engineering branch. My personal advice to you would be to choose what you like & what you feel fascinated with. Because ultimately it's your fascination or it's your liking that will get you the top of the world if you work

EE is concerned with using electricity to transmit energy and EEE concerned with using electricity to transmit information. In Electrical Engineering you study Power System engineering in more details starting from electrical power generation, line parameter calculation, power system analysis, switchgear & protection. In EEE most of these subjects are common except that some of the advanced topic in power system analysis like load flow analysis, power system operation & control etc. are covered only in EE.

Hello Abhishek,
Both the branches have their own perks, so you have to decide in which of them you are interested in, however If you want to work in core companies the go for EEE and if you want options of both core and software then go for ECE.

Dude, Yes you can, of course join this course even after doing your Bachelor of engineering in EE. Generally, speaking the eligibility for admission for aircraft maintenance engineering course is 12th pass and it's 3 years bachelor of science course but it does not matter as there is no upper age limit for joining this course. Hence, even after completion of your BE, you can join this course.
