BITS-Pilani has its flagship course of CSE which is at par with the IITs. But, as you have mentioned you are getting EEE at BITS Pilani Campus and ECE at MNIT. There can be different factors on which you can take your decision. Firstly, you can opt for a branch transfer if you score above 8.5+ CGPA in your first year (and if seat is available) and can pursue CSE from BITS. However, The EEE course of BITS is also good in terms of pedagogy as well as placements. The academics of BITS is highly flexible, so you can also pursue coding and programming during your tenure and get into a bluechip company at your final placements. W

You can do any branch of engineering after passing your Diploma. However, it's better to contact the college itself for more clarification on this. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
