Hi Pallavi,
BITS-Pilani has its flagship course of CSE which is at par with the IITs. But, as you have mentioned you are getting EEE at BITS Pilani Campus and ECE at MNIT. There can be different factors on which you can take your decision. Firstly, you can opt for a branch transfer if you score above 8.5+ CGPA in your first year (and if seat is available) and can pursue CSE from BITS. However, The EEE course of BITS is also good in terms of pedagogy as well as placements. The academics of BITS is highly flexible, so you can also pursue coding and programming during your tenure and get into a bluechip company at your final placements. W

For admission, you need to qualify entrance exam i.e, LEET. You can for B. Tech (3 years) through lateral entry. Diploma holders in any stream are eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their diploma after 10th (3 year) with min 50% or after class12th (2 year) and they need to qualify LEET. Various engineering colleges in India also offer direct admission to diploma holders in second year of the course and in reputed institutes, after completing diploma student gets entry in second year of B. You should do graduation in the same field and after completing your graduation, you can do MS from abroad. You can for B.Tech (3 years) through lateral entry. The main branch of PES (the one in Banshankri) no longer takes admission through COMEDK. The South Branch does take admission through COMEDK.

Both fields have their own scope and variety. Nowadays, there are less number of placements in civil branch. But, the thing which matters is your interest. So, google about syllabus and what content they have. And try to analyse your interest.
