Based up on your rank, it is difficult that you will get EE at Techno India University through general counselling. But Techno, India has lots of seat through MQ. Try to visit the campus as soon as possible. Choose the best college among them according to your own choice.

There is no rule as such. Regardless for your stream in diploma, you can choose any specializations in B.Tech. The admission in B.Tech is through LEET Exam for diploma holders. And there is nothing like; LEET pattern is different for different streams. Hence, you can choose any stream as you like. Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Good luck.
