Hi Harika,
Yes, chances are good but check the IELTS score requirement with the university. They may ask for a retake or give you a pathway program in English. Please check with them.Your internship, projects, publications, LORs, SOP etc will also be considered during admissions.

It's not about which one is easy to study. Pursue a course only if you are interested in the course else for sure you are going to feel the course difficult.
For the preference between Civil and EEE; I would choose civil because in upcoming years civil's demand is going to increase a lot.

Hello Manideep,
The easier course depends on your Interest. Both these courses have their own difficulties as well as easier parts.
And to compare these two branches is difficult as computer science and electrical are not related.
Generally, CSE is considered easier than EEE as it involves a lot of math and concepts in physics.
In case of CSE, you need to work a lot towards the development and innovation of what you have learnt so that you could outperform the others to stand out.
So, in all, it depends on your interest and efforts that you could put in studying only.
Make a wise choice.
All the best!

Yes, you can get a graduate degree after Diploma. If you are talking about Diploma in engineering EE branch, you can do BE/B.Tech. After 3-years Diploma you can get lateral direct entry into the 2nd year of BE/B.Tech. Kindly post comments for further queries. Good luck!

Hi Dinakar Kuchi,
A majority of the universities require 75%. You will most likely find very few options in Canada. Check University of Alberta, McMaster University, University of Windsor, Dalhousie University, etc.
