You have studied many subjects in your engineering course. Any of this subject can be your choice for PG provided of course that it is offered by your intended college. But I would advise you strongly select only that subject which either fascinates you or incites passion.

I don't think weapon course is available in India at any university. Please correct me if I am wrong.
However, if you are interested in weapons technology, then I suggest you make an effort to join DRDO as a young scientist. There you will get enough opportunities to learn about weapons technology.

It is a postgraduate psychology course.Clinical psychology is an integration of science, theory and clinical knowledge for the purpose of understanding. Clinical psychology represents the largest subfield of psychologists.
M.Sc Clinical Psychology Eligibility:
Candidates must complete B.Sc degree or Equivalent (branch psychology) from a recognized University.
Candidates must be secured with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.
Some reputed colleges and institutes do conduct entrance examinations to get admission to their M.Sc degree.

The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University-Bangalore, St Stephen's College-New Delhi, Loyola College-Chennai and Mount Carmel College-Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with Mathematics and English as the main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate. However, institutes prefer students with a B.Sc/BE/B.Tech degree.

Looks like you have experience in the non-related field and want to move to a related field. This can be achieved by completing your graduation in EEE. However, a word of caution. As per the study, more than 50% of fresh graduates are jobless.

I would strongly advise you to concentrate on studying for your fourth year. The whole of your life will depend on how well you score. After passing out, you can think of some courses.
