You can get placed in many core companies and IT companies after completing EEE. Many core companies do come for placements so you can get placed in them if you have good communication skills and better aptitude solving skills.

You can get a seat for EEE at Panimalar Engineering College and you have good chances if you don't belong to OC category.
The placements are really good at Panimalar Engineering College for all branches including EEE.

Yes, it is a good choice. SSN is a very reputed Institute under Anna University. It is known for its faculty (mostly PhDs from IITs), infrastructure (with latest technologies) and placements.
EEE is a core branch of engineering so that it is a good choice of doing it from SSN with a good faculty.
It also offers more opportunities for doing MS abroad by giving coaching to GRE, GMAT, GATE, etc. and also gives a great platform for extracurricular activities.
