Every branch is good for girls. And yes placements are quite good for this branch. If you are from a good college, you would surely be placed in a good company.

EEE is a good course to opt for.
As per your rank, you may get a seat in Reva in the extended round.
All the best.

Both the branches are good in their field.
Now, you have to decide in which subject you have interest and go with your interested side i.e., either mechanical or EEE.
But I must choose EEE because of very high scope in future.

You won't get a better college with this rank. Go for other exams and counselling too. If this is the last option then Reva college.

This is a new course and integrates both electronics and electrical section. The career eventually falls into two parts : electronics or electrical. Mostly, the subjects taught would be pf electrical. But you would always have a choice to switch to electronics. You can go for GATE with either of the stream for the career in govt jobs. The private core companies as well as the government ones will recruit you as a testing engineer or analyst during the start and you can end at even becoming the chief engineer. At last, you also have option to make your career in IT sector if you somehow lost interest in this department.

There is not much difference between the fee structure as the difference is very slight i.e. of 10k.
Highest will be CSE.
But from career perspective, there is a lot of difference in jobs, placements, etc.
Thanks.
