Hi Abhishek,
Of course, you can go to USA but the 2-years of your education will go vain. In some cases you will need to be answerable to head of intituition in USA if you have joined there. So,its better to work hard for 2-years and then go with your choice. You have opted the evergreen branch EEE, try to understand it then it will be wonderful.

You may go for this course instead of MCA:
1.M.Tech
It is a Master's degree course in your subjects that you have completed your B.Tech in.
For this, you have to appear for GATE. As per your score, you will get admission in different colleges.
2.MBA
This is a course related to management.
For this, you have to appear for different exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.

You should try in private college such as DIT University, Chitkara university, LPU, Sharda University, Amity University, Parul University, PDM university, Alliance University, Shobhit University.

If you are interested in Chemical engineering, then you can go with IIT KGP. But, if you are more into electrical or coding, then opt for BITS, Pilani. Placements in EEE BITS Pilani are better than IIT KGP.
