How are you?
The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.

As per your rank and category, you will easily get good branches at BIT-Sindri, however, over the few years the graph of BIT-Sindri had declined exponentially due to poor environment bad studies and average placements. So, choose this college if you want a Govt. tag college.

EEE has the best scope as compared to EIE.
Why?
Here are the major scopes of EEE:
Generation Sector- Solar Sector/Thermal etc
Transmission and distribution Sector (Tata Power etc)
Electrical Drives Sector (Every Industries are using AC or DC drivers)
Railways and Metros (Largest employer)
Power Electronics Sector
Manufacturing of Electronics (one of the huge sector nowadays)

In Delhi, it would be difficult for you to get admission with a compartment in physics.
However, many private colleges are available in Noida that can provide you admission even after having compartment.
