You can prefer SASTRA University over CBIT. SASTRA University is ranked among the top private universities in India and it has better placements when compared to CBIT.
It also offers better education and its reviews are better.
So you can opt SASTRA University.

You have a good chance of getting LNCT, Bhopal. You can also take admission there through management quota. Visit their campus or talk to them regarding this.

Yes, there are good chances with these marks to get ECE or EEE but you have medium chances for CSE. It also depends on the no. of applicants and the availability of seats.

There are many Colleges which has very low fee and provide lateral entry admission. I will suggest you to join HNBGU, Uttarakhand. It is a Central University and fee is 11000 per semester. You will complete your whole b tech just by paying INR 66000. It takes its own entrance exam for lateral entry.

Both the courses are good but CSE has good scope in future, so if you have interest in computer then you should go for it.

Yes, you can choose but you should study in an institute that offers good placements. Some top colleges in Tamil Nadu are PSG, MIT, Crescent, SASTRA, Panimalar, Vel Tech, etc.
