If you are interested to apply for the universities offering programs in English, then you must check The Global 30 project or G30 by the Japanese Government. These are the best universities in Japan offering and developing new programs, which are delivered entirely in English for international students.
You can consider the below mentioned universities:
1. Tohoku University.
2. The University of Tokyo.
3. Kyoto University, etc.

You should pursue B.Tech in EEE because you have some technical knowledge of this subject. If you pursue this course, you will have good subject knowledge. Your practical skills will also get enhanced. This course has a good scope too.

J B Gupta is best book for preparing Basic Electronics. Easy language, apt diagrams and schematic diagrams. It will be helpful for other subjects too like Electronic Devices, network Analysis, Digital Electronics.

Hello Manoj,
For working in bomb squad first you have to join police force, after joining police you can choose your department to work with. You can go for your state police or can go for CRPF, CISF or Indian Army.
