Hello Anil,
B.Tech is all about the technical aspects, MBA teaches a lot about management and administration of business.
For a B.Tech (EEE) student, MBA turns out to be useful if you're planning to start your own business / company. Certain companies also keep it as a mandatory eligibility criteria for promotion or recruitment to senior managerial positions.
Since, you already have a career of over 5+ experience, I would not suggest you to leave your job. Rather, you could opt for correspondence MBA while you continue with your job.

Completing BE will enhance your skills. There will be more opportunities after completing BE, you can also go for M.Tech through GATE.

Hello Jeevan,
With BE background, you are eligible for 3 types of courses in Canada.
1) Masters (1-2 years program)
2) PG Diploma (1 year program)
3) Certification courses (6 months-1 year)
Few Canadian Universities offer 1 year Masters program. You will get 1 year post study work permit after completing 1 year Masters program. If you pursue 2 years Masters program then you would be given 3 years of work permit.
PG Diploma is one more option. But it is preferred by students whose aggregate is below 65% or 6 CGPA in Bachelors. It is usually a 1 year program and you would be permitted to work for a year after completion of your course. You can
