Considering the rank list of last couple of years it is very difficult to get admission with such score! Since the closing rank is close to 12k in descent streams! So for me don't go in for nsit or pec! Otherwise feel free to revert! All now depends on your category! If general don't even hope, but good chances if u are from reserved category! Starting salaries are similar in all your choices of engineering branches in campus placement.

Graduates of EEE can get jobs in Electrical Generation & Distribution companies of various type such as Thermal, Hydero , Nuclear, Solar or non conventional energy etc. EEE grad are also employed in Manufacturing & Services companies as Ops & Maintenance roles. EEE grads are also employed in R&D ,Defence , Acedmic, IT, ITES etc also.

Yes you can take Aerospace as engineering for M.Tech. Only procedure is to clear GATE Examination in Aerospace engineering.
Aerospace engineering is getting more hype these days because of advancement in the field. Government jobs are also there for Aerospace engineers. Also after completing your Masters you can go for doctrate degree in Aerospace or related fields. This will give you may opportunities.
It is good option you can opt.

Jaipur campus is relatively new as compared to the main one. Hence placements are better in the main one but again placements and package are relative factors depending upon the choice of your branch and your personal interest and capabilities also.

it depends upon you interest, both are ever green branches, however, according to me,mechanical engineering is easier compared to electrical and electronics engineering.

B.Tech EEE will fetch you more opportunities and money making.
