yes only in pvt institution.go meet with ur desired institution's chairperson or director & talk with them directly otherwise if u contact them with some dalals then u hv 2 pay more.Best of luck

Well, 305 is not a high score but you do stand some chance. you may try for universities ranking 150-200 in USA. Keep in mind that since your score is not average you need to find out a way to show exceptional extra curiculars, SOP must be outstanding. Try to seek professional help from consultants or try for GRE again. Also, remember that AWA score matters. average is 4. your score is below average right now
