of course NIT Manipur is amongst the newly formed NIT's. But be assured that the staff is excellent. They also have fire in them to show to the world that they are no pushovers. Hello Afsar Ali, yes you can surely study in IIT. National testing agency has a list of criteria as on their website for the students who want to appear for JEE Mains which is the primary exam which every student has to clear before appearing for JEE Advanced. If you are fulfilling these criteria, then just fill up the application for this examination and then you are enroute to an in engineering in IIT. Best wishes to you.
