Hello, Sorry but I could not get any information about lateral entry in any of the campuses of VIT. Many other sources indicate at this institution does not offer any admission directly to second year via lateral admission process. However I would like to advise you to approach the university directly to their administrative department and seeker clarification on this issue. Best wishes to you.

Hello Neeraj Kumar, you are saying that you have completed your Diploma in it but then you are saying further that you have one backlog. When a student has a backlog whether in Diploma or in engineering or in any course then admission into the next course which is based on this, is normally not granted. You will have to clear all subjects of Diploma and obtain a Certificate of having passed Diploma and then only you can think of joining any other college. Best wishes to you.

Hello Madhu, Diploma in engineering is considered as a skill imparting course. At the end of this course a student is supposed to have inculcated and learnt the basics of skills of that trade or of that subject. After the completion of Diploma or student can hope to get a job in a factory or in an organisation where his skills will be required to be utilised on a day-to-day basis. The student will not be in a position of management. A large workforce is required by growing industry and hence there is a great opportunity for job after completion of Diploma in engineering. Best wishes to you.

If we compare overall Civil is easier than an electrical branch. Electrical branch is one of the toughest branches of Engineering, so it's just a matter of interest if you have interest in any branch of engineering it will be very easy to understand the subjects otherwise it may feel like the hardest one also. Core branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical have scope always. New age specializations like IT/Telecommunications keep fluctuating. Hello Ashi Soni, yes there are different branches that are offered to the students who seek admission in the NIT in Jaipur. But by now the admission process is almost over and classes also have started at least in the virtual mode. There are about 7 branches to choose from in this NIT and almost 120 seeds are there for each of the branches. I am attaching a link that will give you all the details you require about this Institute. https://www.shiksha.com/college/mnit-Jaipur-malaviya-national-institute-of-technology-24372/courses?rf=filters&bc[]=10&uaf[]=base_course
