I don't know about entire engineering branches. But for electrical engineering GATE lectures by K. N. Rao portal is one of the best. Even it's a startup it's riding on the experience of Rao sir the sphere head of the team. Hello,
I must say that you have indeed asked a very relevant query. These days more than 50% of the seats are not getting filled up in the majority of engineering colleges. Hence, chances are you may get either of the branches in many colleges. But you should ask yourself, is it worth it? If you are presently at almost 77 thousand ranks, what will be your rank when you pass out? Will there be employers who will take you? I would like to advise you to have a second look and think of doing graduation in commerce or arts or fine arts or whichever field that you enjoy. Best wishes to you.
