Hi Avinash,
All the exams that you have mentioned are best in their own way. In private college, VITEEE exam is one of the toughest and challenging exam. To get admission in a government college in West Bengal, Jharkhand or Karnataka, you need to appear for WBJEE, JCECE and COMEDK.
All the best.

You need to clear IIT-JEE Mains to get admission in top engineering colleges. To get into IITs, you need to clear IIT-JEE Advanced after Mains and also need to have at least 75% in class 12th. Engineering from top institutes in electrical will be a good foundation for you in electrical engineering.

Hi,
I really agree that first you have to clear your IELTS and that too with 6.5 or 7 bands but before that you need to understand that which all colleges you can get on the basis of your present educational profile, once you are sure with the college details only then you start with your IELTS.
All the best
