Yes, you can change your trade in BE. And, your percentage is also good but you have to qualify LEET entrance examination and cross the cut-off according to the college and branch.

Admission in NIT is based on JEE Mains score. In order to get the subject of your choice, you have to score well in all three subjects I.e. maths, physics and chemistry. You will have to overcome your weakness to crack JEE Mains by taking external help.

No, you cannot appear for JEE Mains exam. In order to appear for JEE Mains exam, you need to complete your HSC education.

The main criteria is brilliant academic performance. Scholarships are based on merit, universities will automatically consider you for scholarship when you apply, some universities may require you to write essays, etc.
