One way is to crack GATE (EE) and study the branch of Electrical Engineering in IITs/NITs. The other way is to study MS aboard on electrical and electronics. However, for both the ways you need to have a depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering. Sorry, I know only these two ways.

Dear Antony Joseph, Not sure if you would able to do so because you are looking for B.Tech on a part-time basis. But if you want to get admission in B.Tech (regular full time), you can get admission in the second year of B.Tech course through lateral entry process on the basis of your three years Polytechnic Diploma.

The best answer to this would be available on the app Expertrons. Do download it from playstlre and register as a user. So it would help you to make a one-on-one session.
