I am assuming you to be of general category. If you are not getting any NIT or IIITs. First participate in JoSAA counselling. Then go for Thapar University. Chandigarh University

There is no way you can get Admission directly into second year computer or electrical engineering after passing 12th standard. The admission directly into 2nd year is only permissible for diploma students through lateral entry entrance examination. So, you can only get admission into first year through JEE or any other state level examination.
All the best.

Hello Akash Singh,
Many deemed to be universities offer integrated BTech+MTech programmes. Many a times of five years duration. It's a great offer since there is no hunting for admission to PG and also in one year less two degrees are obtained. However one does not have chance to choose subject for PG. It's the one decided at the time of getting admission.
Best wishes to you.
