Almost, all the colleges accept lateral entries, but a few of the most reputed colleges like IIT, NIT and VIT do not encourage lateral entry.

This institute must be running different courses for which the eligibilty criteria must also be different. You can visit their website and get to know these courses and their criterias. You would definitely get an admission in one or the other course of this college.
