With this score, it is difficult to get famous engineering colleges from Pune like D. Y. Patil and MIT. You can try for colleges like Modern college, JSPM, AISSM and Sinhagad University.

Congratulations. You don't have to join now. Now just accept the seat and report to your the nearest reporting centre and choose the option from "Float" or "Slide" (as per your choice).
As you may get your higher preferred choice (which you have filled) in next coming rounds and if you don't get any higher preference then this choice will be allotted to you.
Best of Luck!

Hi,
Your problem is not a major one, everyone is facing this problem. Yes, it is true, college doesn't provide internship. You have to find it by your own. I would recommend you go for internship in some induction motor (dc/AC) companies where they manufacture or repair motors. Second option is to find few companies who provide internship on switchgear and control panel. These are the things which you should cover in internship. Now a days, companies ask for experience. If you will have a little bit of experience in these field, then it will be far better for you when you will apply in any company in future. Hope this helps you.

After completing your Diploma, you can also apply for junior engineer jobs in Government or private sectors. But, I suggest you to further pursue your higher studies that is your B.Tech in the same field in which you have done your Diploma. Doing B.Tech can provide great platform of new job opportunities in your future which is much better than the Diploma jobs.

The choice between MS or MBA depends on your skill, whether you want to go in a technical field or wants to run your own business. it's you, who have to decide that what your capabilities are? If you want to do a technical job, I prefer you to opt MS, but if you want to do your own business or any marketing business, I suggest you to prefer MBA. But, nowadays scenario in India has also changed. After completing B.Tech, students generally chooses MBA for their future. So, it is better to opt MBA according to me, but it depends on your skills and your choice.
