Well, both the branches have their unique importance and are also correlated with each other. It depends on you whether you like designing or field work. Electronics majorly is device oriented study while electrical is all about setup of the devices. Well there is pool of government job in both the branches and you can avail in private sector also. ECE people are great for CS, IT branch work. If you have knowledge or interest about computers than ECE can unlock more opportunities for you while electrical will give you more exposure of site work.

Dear Nihal, chances are with management quota seat, but then do remember, the fee is going to be more. Try for some good private universities. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests, and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or their own test. It is very difficult to get admission with these marks, but you should try because sometimes luck plays an important role.
But, practically it is very rare that you get admission in YMCA.

Go for the branch in which you are interested. Both the colleges are good. But if asked particularly then go for IIT, Indore because rankings of IITs are good than NITs.
