Hi Piyusha Hadke,
Yes, you can do CPL after Electrical engineering but you will not get any benefit of this as both the course are totally different.
It can be useful in one way that if by chance you failed in getting job after CPL you can use your engineering degree to find another one.

Hello Gopa,
Yes sure, if you have completed a Diploma course, then it is perfect. You can immediately apply for fashion designing institute, because you are eligible for the lateral entry slot for B.Tech in Fashion Technology. The eligibility criteria for lateral entry is 10th + 3 year Diploma for B.Tech, and if you want a Diploma then your class 10th pass certificate is enough. But, you will not be eligible for lateral entry in this case. I may remind you however, that for certain Diploma courses like ADFT (Advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology) you must have passed your class 12th class also.

If you want to take admission via direct mode then there is no good college in Lucknow. Some of them are there, but the fee is very high. I will recommend you try for Punjab. Here many colleges offer admission on the basis of percentage. For example, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College Ludhiana, Giani Zial Sing, etc.
