Hi,
You may obtain visa provided you have been offered admission in a college and have a very good career planning. You have to explain the same to the visa officers. Ask yourself questions like why management? What do you want to do after gaining the management degree?
It will depend on your application profile and how you project your needs.

If you don't have experience, expected salary can be in the range of Pounds 15,000 to 25,000. You may check placement reports of universities in UK which normally mentions salaries and placement records. You should also check placement reports of international students because now in UK they hardly recruit international students, follow some global news and keep yourself aware of work permit rules etc.

EEE degree syllabus includes subjects of both electrical & electronics. However, market treats it as electrical engineering. ECE grads are taken as electronics engineers.
