Dear Jignesh,
On the face of it 60% and 6.5 in IELTS is good enough to get admission in most of the Australian Universities, however, you have mentioned you had 55 backlogs, this makes it difficult, also you have not mentioned how long it took it for you to complete your BE, if you have taken more than 5 years then it is not possible. You can try applying to Universities which do not charge a application fee and try your luck. All the best.

Yes, we do offer Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Besides, we also offer Mechanical, Civil, CE and E&TC in our college.

They are quite good, many get placed, but the starting packages are 4-5 LPA average only for core, but for electronics and coding, they are quite higher.

Yes, you are eligible for aeronautical engineering after your diploma in electrical engineering. You may take admission for lateral entry directly in the second year. Some of the universities offer such courses on lateral entry basis.
