There are many universities offering lateral admission in 2nd year of B.Tech programme after Diploma from recognized institution or university.
But, for that you need to check the admission process and schedule for the same in different universities.

Every university has its own course specific IELTS requirement, in order to know the exact IELTS score required it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall in order to pursue Master's degree you need to have IELTS score of 6.5 with no band score lower than 6.

4. IOCL.
5. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), which recruit electrical engineers.
You can also apply in IT companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys, which do recruit engineers irrespective of branch. You can also prepare for bank exams like IBPS PO, SBI PO, etc.
