Delhi is a hub of good B.Tech colleges, but they take students only who have cleared JEE main and advance with good rank.
1. IIT - Delhi.
2. DTU.
3. NSIT
4. NIT - Delhi.
5. IIIT – Delhi.

The minimum cut-off currently is 55% and 6.5 overall in IELTS with no band less than 6. However, the choices of universities will be very less as most do not accept less than 65 to 60% and if you have had backlogs, then the chances are even less.

You can consider pursuing Masters in electrical engineering or Masters in electrical and electronics engineering from US, Australia and Singapore.

Tuition fee for international students may range from $30,000 to $50,000 a year if you are talking about Masters. It is advisable if you check the university websites for the fee break-ups, also these are subject to change so always refer the website for updates.

You can do either ACPDM or CCPD from IGNOU. Trust me these certificate courses are very good for you.
