No course can guarantee you a good job, you need to improvise on your skills and knowledge. Get hold of a good internship and establish contacts. You must be proactive and network a lot. Good academic performance is also a must.

Lots of universities allow electrical engineers to take CS as major in MS.

Automation would be a better option for you as you are an electrical engineer.
