To do a Bachelors degree abroad, you would have to have a minimum of INR 25 lakhs per annum to meet your tuition fee and living expenses. Should this much funds be available, you may proceed. Hope this helps. Thanks!

I recommend mechanical engineering. Lot of scope in new industries, contruction, fabrication, pipelines, are planned in coming years. International jobs are available.
