Hello Ashutosh Mohanty, there are agencies and there are web pages which will provide the facility of undertaking mock test of any subject under the sun. Some provided it free of cost while others may charge some fee for their services. However let me tell you that the syllabus and the way exams are conducted differs from University to University even though the name remains as electrical engineering course.
