Opening Rank:159
Closing Rank: 365
But yes, For Jadavpur University your rank should have been at least around 14000 general rank being from Sc category
So, if you want to get into Jadavpur, first sit for WBJEE. To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500, If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600 -700.

Depends on your interest. But, you have to study more in electrical branch as compared to CSE and also the job opportunities in CSE branch is more than electrical branch.
