484849 in JEE Main is quite a low rank. However you have not mentioned any other details like your category, the home state you belong to as the cutoffs also depend on them. Now if we go through the cutoffs of various NITs, if you belong to general category, then getting CSE might be difficult. Apart from CSE, you can expect Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering in NITs such as Uttarakhand, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Patna, Andhra Pradesh, Durgapur etc. Under All India quota. You may get CSE in North East NITs or NIT Srinagar, Hamirpur etc. As the cutoffs are low.

First of all, I Congratulate you for getting a good rank in JEE Mains. In the previous 3-4 Years cutoff for JoSAA Round 6, the closing for EE in NIT-KKR was between 5k-6k OBC Rank. But Hold on!
There is another counselling after JoSAA which is known as CSAB Special Round Counselling. And here in the 1st CSAB Round itself the cutoff for EE in NIT-KKR is around OBC Rank 27k which shows that you can easily get EE in NIT-KKR if you are enrolled for CSAB Councelling. Leave EE, you can easily get CSE in NIT-KKR if you have registered for CSAB Counselling. Good Luck for your Counselling!

Let me bring to your attention that electrical engineering-EE consists of several sub-majors: Electromagnetic Fields, Power Systems, Control Systems, Electronics Systems, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Communication Systems, and Computer Engineering. Each sub-major requires different types of mentality and skills. No one can succeed in all these fields of study, but you may be able to succeed in one or two of them. So, the answer to this question is vague unless you specify which field in the electrical engineering world you are talking about.
