The highest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. CS should be a better option, your 12 percentage doesn't decide your admission in NITs or IIT your JEE rank decides that, so focus on JEE Mains or advance.

All the above-mentioned branches are good but if you ask me personally I'll suggest going for B.Tech CSE because now the world is moving towards technology and AI.

All the specialisation has good career scope. They are in demand but I will suggest you to choose CSE over all other specializations.
