NIT Jalandhar cut off for B.Tech ECE and ICE for year 2018 in HS quota for female is as under:-
ECE Opening and Closing ranks was 15073 and 26395 respectively.
ICE Opening and Closing ranks was 26395 and 34659 respectively.
PEC closing ranks in ECE in year 2018 was 17523 maximum Closing rank.
So yours rank should be below the 20000 for admission.

The last year opening and closing ranks in B.Tech CSE at NIT, Warangal in general category (neutral Gender) were 735 and 2917 under HS quota. Hence, your chances are moderate here. While the last year opening and closing ranks in B.Tech ECE at NIT Warangal in general category ( Neutral Gender) were 787 and 6046 under HS quota. Hence your chances are high here.

It depends on the branch you choose, and if you are claiming seats through any category. But, don't be disheartened, if you don't get. You can try for NIE or Vidya Vardhaka, if you are looking for colleges in Mysore.
