At SASTRA Deemed University, admission to the B.Tech programs, including Electronics and Communication (EC) and Information Technology (IT), is based on a combined score of 75% weightage from your Class 12 marks and 25% from your JEE Main score. With your 82.4% in Class 12 and an 80.99 percentile in JEE Main, your combined score would be around 82.05, which is a competitive score. While SASTRA does not have a fixed cutoff, this score increases your chances of getting admission to EC or IT, as these branches tend to have relatively high demand. For detailed information, it's best to check the official SASTRA admissions page.
