Hi Sachin, for some it may be the best and for some it may not be the best. The definition of best is different with different people. So if you are really interested to pursue a career in engineering then go for it. Follow your interests.

Though both engineering branches have some similar subjects, but in the end, both branches are different.
Computer Science is related to the Software and Electronics is related to the Hardware. Some Electronic and Electrical engineering also work in software companies though.

Yes, 135 is the par score to get admission in MIT. Though there is significant variation in the cut-off in subsequent years but you are on the safe seat.

Hello Sri Harsha,
You have an excellent CGPA and decent GRE score. Unfortunately it might not be possible for you to get into TAMU College station with a GRE score of 308. Also you have a plain profile, which might be a barrier for TAMU. Definitely you can try for Arizona and North Carolina universities. Apart from these, you can also try Rutgers the state university of New Jersey, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, University of Maryland and few more good universities
All the best!
