Your percentile should be more than 91 to get ENTC in NITs, as a general candidate and for rank:
The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Hello Vijay,
You have taken up a job after doing your Diploma in the year 2016 and you are feeling just within 2 years that there is no growth in the job. Hi Dear,
It's like comparing an Apple tree with a mango tree. VJTI has B.Tech electronics and telecommunication course and CoEP has electrical engineering course as well. Coming to college comparison, VJTI and CoEP both have great study centered ambiance to provide. Can go for wherever you would like to stay, Mumbai or Pune. Also according to the cutoff which ever will be most likely to get admission in.
