It completely depends on your interest. If you like coding and computer hardware, then computer Science is the better option. But, if you like assembling and creating circuits, then electronic and telecommunication should be your choice. Programming of microcontroller and programming languages like C, C+ are also involved in electronics and telecommunications. Future, scope for the both the field is great.

Your marks rule you out of IIT. So, you can seek lateral admission directly in the 2nd year. Please check the table of eligibility for branch in engineering vis-a-vis branch of Diploma on the webpage of DTE of Tech Edu of your state.
