After your Diploma, you can join B.Tech in your state colleges through lateral entry. There are some entrance exams conducted by your state to get into the course. There many more courses like piping, etc. that you can do after Diploma.

Both are having good scope. The best is the ECE. In ECE, you can apply in telecom industries also. After ECE, you can also apply in the electronics departments in various organizations and companies.

Starting salary of an ECE Diploma holder is approximately Rs. 15000 per month. It goes up based on job performance after initial training and probation period.
