ECE/ENTC will be a combination of theory and calculations. It includes equations of movement of electrons, the flow of current, charging/discharging of capacitors and calculations on antenna systems. It is a good blend of theory+practical+calculations.

Yes, you can get a job in local companies based in Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Delhi. If you are good in technical, than it will be easy. Many start-up companies look for technical skills over academics.

Yes, you can go for Masters after B.Tech. You can go for Robotics, VLSI, Digital Communication. Switching to design field will be bit difficult. You can go for designing in some field related to EXTC.
One more option you can look for is MBA in designing.
