Scope is a very vague word.
If you want to know what are your opportunities after studying EEE, that would be a better question. I would say it depends on so many other factors that this question can't be answered well. The college where you study is of utmost importance. Your willingness to pursue higher studies (MS, M.Tech) will decide what you can do in the field.
If you are thinking job scenario wise, any engineering degree from a good college is good enough to get a job (Might not be in EEE) . EEE jobs are lesser anywhere and you will need to be in the top to get them. Higher studies increases chances that you can purs
