You must take the SAT and TOEFL for Bachelor degree studies in USA. Report your test scores to universities you want to apply and check their websites for admission requirements. You must also submit a personal statement, letters of recommendation, etc. The application process is online, so check their websites.

According to me, CSE has more scope than electronics engineering. Computer science graduates earn higher salaries. In India, an electronics engineer can expect a salary between Rs.98,000 and Rs.5,50,000 depending on the level of education, expertise, and location.

There are a lot of courses in M.Tech, which you can pursue after completing your B.Tech in ECE like:
1. M.Tech in robotics engineering.
2. M.Tech in computer science engineering.
3. M.Tech in health safety and environment engineering.
4. M.Tech in aerospace engineering.
5. M.Tech in nuclear science and technology.
6. M.Tech in renewable energy engineering.
All these specializations will only be available in the top colleges and it only makes sense to do it from there as it will fetch you good jobs. Try enrolling in:
1. IITs
2. NITs
3. Thappar University – Patiala.
4. UPES – Dehradun.
