USA is best location for Engineering and Management education. USA is hub of Technology invention and innovation, therefore, MS in USA will add lot of value to your technical career. If I have a choice I will always recommend MS over MBA in USA. You may evaluate doing MBA in USA after few years of experience.

As ECE engineer you can be employed in any industry as Operations & Maintenance engineer. In addition, you can work in Electronics manufacturing companies, Telecom service providers, Indian Engineering Services, Central and State Government jobs where eligibility criteria is graduation degree, Defence Services, Paramilitary forces, R& D organisations such as DRDO/ ISRO etc, IT companies, PSUs, Org such as NIC/CDAC/NISG etc, Networking engineer jobs and acedmics etc. ECE engineers can work in design of new system. It us one of the field where there are maximum opportunities for innovation.
